By booking an appointment with Courtney Cosmetica, you agree to the following terms: • All deposits are non refundable. • No appointment changes within 72 hours of your appointment. • Cancellations/no shows on the day will incur a $100 charge. • No more than 2 appointment reschedules allowed. If more than 2 reschedules, your appointment will be cancelled and rebooking with another deposit is required to continue your appointment. • If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled. • We kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children and visitors to the studio to ensure a relaxing and professional environment.
