By booking an appointment with Courtney Cosmetica, you agree to the following terms: All deposits are non refundable. No appointment changes within 72 hours of your appointment. Cancellations/no shows on the day will incur a $100 charge. No more than 2 appointment reschedules allowed. If more than 2 reschedules, your appointment will be cancelled and rebooking with another deposit is required to continue your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled. We kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children and visitors to the studio to ensure a relaxing and professional environment.
